Classic eyelash extensions
For classic eyelash extensions, one classic lash is placed on one natural lash. This look is the most natural and can enhance the eyes by increasing the length and curl of eyelashes.
Hybrid eyelash extensions
Hybrid eyelash extensions are a mixture of classic lashes and Russian lashes. Russian lashes is when one fan of lashes is placed on one individual lash creating a volume look. This creates a hybrid lash look with slightly more volume than classic lashes.
Russian eyelash extensions
Russian lash extensions means one 'fan' of lashes is placed on one individual natural eyelash. The fans can typically be anything from 3-8 lashes. This creates a fan effect and really adds a lot of volume to the lashes. Mega volume would be adding more larger fans to each individual lashes for the ultimate mega lash effect.
We always recommend a patch test for eyelash extensions which needs to be performed 48-72 hours before the treatment. If you choose not to have a patch test we'll require you to sign a waiver at the time the treatment is carried out. There is no charge for a patch test.
If you do a patch test with our regular glue but inform us you have sensitive eyes, we might decide to use a special eyelash glue for sensitive eyes (odourless and fume free) to help eliminate any sensitivity issues arising.
Since eyelash extensions are placed on the individual lashes, they last as long as the natural growth cycle which is usually about 6 weeks. To keep lashes looking good it's recommended to use a lash bath to wash your eyelash extensions.
It's not advised to wear mascara when you have eyelash extensions since it's hard to remove the mascara without damaging the extensions.
The easiest way to take off eyelash extensions is to book an appointment for lash extension removal. There are gels & cremes that you can purchase that will safely remove extensions but it's always recommended this is carried out by a professional.
We recommend the following:
If applied correctly, eyelash extensions should not damage the natural eyelashes. However, if they have been applied poorly or they have been pulled out, they will typically grow back in a few months as each lash has an aprox 6 week cycle.
The growth cycle of natural lashes is about 6 weeks. Since lashes don't all fall out at the same time (normally 1-5 lashes a day) we recommend refills every 3-4 weeks for hybrids/Russian lashes and classic lashes every 2-3 weeks.
Typically, if lash extensions are applied correctly there's not a need to have a break. However, some people like to take a break for 2-3 months to allow the natural lashes to recover and fully regrow.
Classic lash extensions can typically take up to 2 hours.
Hybrid lash extensions typically take between 2-2.5 hours.
Russian lash extensions can typically take between 2.5-3 hours depending on how full the client wants them to look.
We recommend getting eyelash extensions removed by a professional because there could be a temptation to pick or pull the remaining false lashes off once the majority have fallen out naturally.
Lash extension retention is different for everyone since everyone's natural lash growth cycle is different. Typically, lash extensions last around 4-6 weeks however infills are recommended every 3-4 weeks. If you notice your eyelashes falling out more quickly it can be due to the following factors
During the treatment it's important to keep your eyes closed. The glue can irritate the eyes if they are open during the procedure.

Brow lamination is very much like a perm for your eyebrows. It is a way of enhancing what you naturally have by manipulating the hairs with chemicals. Our brow lamination comes with a tint & wax too.
A lash lift helps enhance your natural lashes by perming them which manipulates the natural hairs with chemicals. A tint is then applied to further enhance the natural hairs.
A lash lift lasts around 5-6 weeks and brow lamination lasts between 4-6 weeks.

Fine line tattoos are a style of tattooing characterized by the use of thin and delicate lines to create intricate designs. These tattoos often have a minimalist and detailed appearance.
Fine line tattoos use thinner needles, resulting in more delicate and precise lines. Traditional tattoos may have bolder lines and more shading.
The pain level can vary from person to person, but generally, fine line tattoos may be less painful due to the use of smaller needles. However, pain perception is subjective.
Most designs can be adapted to a fine line style, but extremely intricate details may be challenging due to the thin lines. Simple and elegant designs tend to work best.
Fine line tattoos can fade over time, just like any other tattoo. However, proper aftercare, sun protection, and avoiding exposure to harsh elements can help preserve the tattoo's longevity.
The time required depends on the size and complexity of the design. Fine line tattoos may take longer than bold, traditional tattoos because of the precision needed.
Fine line tattoos can be touched up if needed, but it's essential to let the initial tattoo heal completely before any touch-ups are attempted.
Aftercare is crucial for any tattoo. It typically involves keeping the tattoo clean, moisturised, and protected from the sun. Following the artist's specific instructions is essential for optimal healing.
The cost of a tattoo depends on factors such as the size, complexity, and the artist's expertise. Fine line tattoos may require more time and skill, influencing the overall cost.
